Getting Started

Building Your First Proposal

Go to Builder and fill in Client Info on Step 1.
Select services from the catalog on Step 2.
Configure billing schedule on Step 3.
Preview and export or email from Step 4.

Payment Schedule Options

Upon Acceptance — full payment at signing.
2-Part / 3-Part / 4-Part — split across set dates.
Monthly — spread evenly over selected months.
Custom — define your own installment amounts and dates.

Invoicing

Tracking Invoice Dates

The Invoices page shows a monthly bar chart and detail view of all proposals with invoices due in a given month. Set specific invoice dates in the Builder's Billing tab using the 2nd / 3rd / 4th Invoice Date fields.

Exporting Proposals

From the Builder's Preview tab you can:

Download a formatted Word document.
Send the proposal directly via email.
Copy a shareable link for the client.
